All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders €50 and above
- Tracking number provided
Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact our customer service before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our premium swimwear collection. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:
Important Return Information
- Return period: 15 days from receipt of your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging
- Return costs: Customer’s responsibility unless item is defective
- Free returns: For purchases above €100 (Netherlands only)

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Label
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a return label with instructions. Print this label and attach it clearly to your package.
Step 3: Ship Your Package
Send your package using the indicated carrier (usually DHL or FedEx). Please ensure:
- All items are in original condition with packaging
- The return label is clearly visible
- You keep the shipping tracking number
Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days), you’ll receive a confirmation email.
For approved returns:
- Refunds: Amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Exchanges: New item will be shipped within 1-2 business days
Refund Details
Refund times vary by payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or made-to-measure swimwear (from our “Badpakken” or “Corrigerende badmode” collections)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Worn or washed items
- Items damaged by improper use
- Swimwear from our “Twinning is winning” collection if both pieces are not returned together
International Returns
For international orders (outside Netherlands):
- Return costs are always the customer’s responsibility
- Declare the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
- Returns may take longer due to customs inspections
